Awesome app but recently has been crashing a lot

Vinted used to be a great place to sell. Theyve made huge changes so many users are no longer active. Theyve placed the selling fee on buyers and charge sellers for "bumps" in the catalog. I used to sell multiple items per day and now nothing for months. I dont see the point of listing anything anymore and have just kept my account open to see if they change things back. Everyone has complained but they dont seem to listen.

Ive been on Vinted for almost three years and I love the content itself. However, for the past month or so, I get error messages for almost everything I try to do on it, and it crashes a lot. Pretty disappointing. They said they updated on February 22nd, but the app still gives error messages and crashes all the time. PLEASE FIX IT!

Every time I add a listing it keeps taking me to share on Twitter and Facebook. U cant switch it to off and cant do anything. I always had to get out of the app and come back a few hours later. I also had to uninstalled and installed the app just to make it go back to the screen I want.

Vinted is cool sometimes but its hard to buy things now they went up in shipping so now youre not paying the price you see youre paying about $5 or $6 extra. Other than that Vinted is great !m

Absolutely loved using this app- the items came in like described, and I got a crazy good deal!

Pros: No fee taken from sellers when a sale is made. Shipping labels produced for you. Cons: •Shipping is too expensive. Ive sold on plenty of apps and it doesnt cost $5 to ship .5OZ aka first class, it only costs around $3 maximum. All of the other shipping fees are too high as well. •The fee that buyers get charged is okay but whenever I can assume that vinted keeps the cost difference on postage its a bit shady to take that extra fee. •The waiting period for buyers to confirm delivery is ridiculous, it should take one day MAXIMUM to leave a review once an item is delivered, not three. Its completely unfair to sellers who ship promptly. •App works slowly and crashes pretty often. •A problem thats not so much the app but the buyers is lowballing, I shouldnt be getting offered $10 for something listed at $28.

I have had nothing but great experiences while shopping with this app. I am a little more selective before immediately purchasing and I do read the sellers ratings before buying.

My favorite app to buy and sell clothes from!

This app is amazing if you want cheap clothes. And you can meet some friendly people on here too! But one that you should change that would get you more people hooking on the app is being able to use the money that we got from selling things to buy other things without having to put it back on our card. Ive been asking for this but no one has decided to do this opinion of mine. It would get you more people downloading the app. And more profit for you guys. As well as more happy buyers and sellers.

Great app..just wished theyd add more categories such as household items, kitchen, dining..Also hope they update their speed of the applications loading photos ..we often have to wait for photos to become viewable ...However, the app is a great site to find bargains & the Sellers are all very personable. Shipping prices are reasonable also.

It really depends on the buyer/seller I think but its been good to me and Ive bought a few pieces I love!

I love this app

Ive made a lot of great sales on the app! The only flaw is sometimes notifications wont show up on my phone right away. But its great and a safe sight to make a buck or buy cute clothes!

Any technical issue with the app, they say to delete then reinstall (how many times can this be done before they admit the app needs tweaking?) Moderators and admins claim to listen to complaints, but they dont (theyre known for giving generic copy/paste responses every time), issues are seldom resolved. Easy for people to get scammed. App isnt secure, a lot of bots spam the forums. Extremely strict forum rules. You can freely have explicit discussions about sex, despite the fact that girls as young as 11 use the forums, but god forbid you use sarcasm, defend yourself, or call out hypocrisy - youll be blocked by the Vinted team! :)
